Fixid 1K adhesive: Fixid 1K adhesive is the ideal adhesive made in Germany for bonding PVC tarpaulins and TPU materials as well as other synthetic and natural materials. It offers a fast and effective solution without the need to add a hardener or make complex preparations. Its formula based on transparent PU resin makes it extremely productive and easy to use, producing a very strong adhesive layer in just one operation. This adhesive is suitable for many materials: In addition to PVC and TPU films and sheets, Fixid 1K is also suitable for neoprene, truck tarpaulins, water walking balls, inflatable pools, inflatable boats, ABS and natural materials such as rubber, for example. In addition, Fixid 1K is an environmentally friendly adhesive as it does not contain the toxic solvent toluene and does not harm flora and fauna.
Fixid Cleaner: A cleaner and thinner that allows optimal preparation of both the surfaces to be bonded and the adhesive itself. Thanks to its special formula, Fixid Cleaner effortlessly removes stubborn silicones and greases, but is also ideal for adjusting the viscosity of Fixid 1K adhesive.
Fixid Booster: A transparent additive for polyurethane-based adhesives, which we recommend for bonding applications subject to heavy use, such as the stern of an inflatable boat, for repairing water walking balls and Tpu water rollers, in strong sunlight (handles and other accessories) or in case of heavy contact with chemicals or salt water (e.g. in the maritime or industrial sector).
The microfibre cloths included in the set guarantee perfect cleaning of the surfaces to be bonded for perfect preparation, while the syringes and mixing cups allow you to accurately dose the required amount of booster.
The kit also contains a pressure roller and a multipurpose tool for easy application.
